How Vigileon League Works

Read this before you join a tournament.

Tournament matches (points)

  1. Sign up and set your gamertag — this must match what you use in-game.
  2. Join a tournament and pay the entry fee.
  3. Play your match in eFootball or Call of Duty, then take a clear screenshot of the final result screen showing both gamertags and the score.
  4. Report it here, selecting that tournament and your opponent's exact gamertag, with the screenshot as proof.
  5. If your opponent is also signed up, they'll be asked to confirm or dispute your claim before the admin reviews it.
  6. An admin reviews it and confirms or rejects the result — disputed or suspicious submissions get rejected.
  7. Confirmed wins push you up that tournament's own leaderboard — 3 points per win. Free/ranked matches with no tournament are no longer supported; points only ever come from tournament play.

Tournaments (paid entry)

  1. Pick an open tournament — the entry fee and prize breakdown are shown upfront before you pay anything.
  2. Pay the entry fee once via Paystack to be entered.
  3. Play your matches in the actual game — the tournament doesn't control gameplay, it just tracks results.
  4. Report each result here, tagged to the tournament, with a screenshot.
  5. Standings update live as the admin confirms matches.
  6. When the tournament ends, players in the prize spots request their payout by entering their Mobile Money number.
  7. The admin manually pays out according to the prize breakdown announced when the tournament was created, and marks each payout as sent.

1v1 Challenges (cash stakes)

  1. Search for an opponent by their exact gamertag and set a stake — both of you pay the same amount.
  2. You pay your stake first when you send the challenge; your opponent pays theirs only if they accept it.
  3. If they decline or never respond, you can cancel and the admin will refund you.
  4. Once both sides have paid, the challenge goes active — you'll see a Chat and a Voice Chat button to coordinate with your opponent directly.
  5. Play your match, then report the result here with a screenshot, same as a tournament match.
  6. If your opponent disagrees with your reported result, they can dispute it — but only by giving a reason and their own counter-proof screenshot, not just a bare "no." The admin reviews both before deciding.
  7. The winner requests payout once the admin confirms the result — you'll receive the combined pot minus Vigileon's platform fee, paid to your Mobile Money number.
  8. 1v1 challenges do not earn leaderboard points — they're cash-only, separate from the points-based tournament system.
  9. Having a problem with an opponent? You can Block them (stops them challenging, messaging, or voice calling you again) or Report them to the admin, right from the chat or voice call screen.

Rules & fair play

  1. Entry fees are non-refundable once paid.
  2. Screenshots must be unedited and clearly show both gamertags and the final score.
  3. Submitting a fake or edited screenshot gets you disqualified from the tournament and removed from the leaderboard.
  4. Prizes are fixed amounts announced before the tournament starts — they are not a pooled bet between players.
  5. The admin's decision on any disputed or rejected result is final.

Terms & Privacy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Before you rely on this page

This is a plain-language summary of how Vigileon League works, written to be clear rather than to be a fully lawyer-drafted legal contract. It is not legal advice. If you're relying on this for a business decision, or you're a player with a serious dispute, treat this as a starting point for that conversation, not the final word.

What Vigileon League is

  1. Vigileon League is a platform for organizing paid-entry eFootball and Call of Duty tournaments with published prizes, and 1v1 challenges where two players each stake an equal amount and the winner takes the pot minus a platform fee.
  2. You must be able to legally enter into agreements and make payments in your jurisdiction to use this site. If you are a minor where you live, you should not use this site without a parent or guardian's involvement.
  3. Results are determined by actual gameplay skill in eFootball or Call of Duty — Vigileon League does not run games of pure chance.

Payments & fees

  1. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the tournament itself is cancelled by the admin.
  2. 1v1 challenge stakes are held once both players pay; if a challenge is declined or never accepted, the challenger can cancel and request a refund from the admin.
  3. Vigileon League keeps a platform fee from each 1v1 challenge's combined pot — the exact percentage is shown before you send or accept a challenge.
  4. Payouts (tournament prizes and 1v1 challenge winnings) are sent manually by the admin via Mobile Money to the number you provide when you request payout. Double-check that number — Vigileon League is not responsible for money sent to an incorrect number you supplied.
  5. All payments are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. Vigileon League does not store your card details.

Fair play & disputes

  1. Submitting a fake, edited, or reused screenshot as proof of a result is grounds for disqualification, forfeiting any stake involved, and removal from the platform.
  2. If a player disputes a reported result, they must give a reason and their own counter-proof screenshot — the admin reviews both sides before deciding.
  3. The admin's decision on any disputed, rejected, or reported result is final.
  4. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward another player (in chat, voice chat, or otherwise) can result in the offending account being blocked from the platform.

Your data

  1. We collect: your email, gamertag, win/loss record, messages you send in-app (challenge chat and direct messages), and — only when you submit a payout request — your Mobile Money number and network.
  2. Voice chat audio is peer-to-peer between you and your opponent and is never recorded, stored, or sent through our servers.
  3. We use Firebase (Google) to store this data and handle sign-in, Paystack to process payments, and an email service to send admin notifications — each of these third parties has its own privacy practices governing data that passes through them.
  4. Match screenshots and dispute counter-proof images you upload are stored so the admin can review them if a result is ever questioned.
  5. We don't sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
  6. You can block another player at any time to stop them contacting you, and you can request account/data deletion by contacting the admin (see below).

Limits on our responsibility

  1. Vigileon League is provided as-is. We do our best to keep matches fair and payouts timely, but we can't guarantee the platform is free of bugs, downtime, or errors.
  2. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services we rely on (Firebase, Paystack, your Mobile Money provider) being unavailable or making an error on their end.
  3. These terms may be updated as the platform changes — the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

Contact

For disputes, refund requests, data deletion requests, or anything else, contact the admin at tweneboahgideon55@gmail.com or through the Feedback page in the app.

Tournaments

Pay a one-time entry fee to join. Prizes are fixed and published upfront by the organizer — this is a skill contest with a published prize structure, not a bet against another player.

Flyer Generator

Every flyer always explains the platform (tournaments, 1v1 challenges, eFootball & Call of Duty) automatically — the headline and hook below are just the hook/caption on top, and include a scannable QR code straight to the site for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp status, anywhere a link alone won't cut it.

Broadcast Announcement

Posts a banner every visitor sees at the top of the Leaderboard page — signed in or not.

Leaderboard Seasons

The 1v1 leaderboard resets on a season boundary instead of running forever, so new players have a realistic shot. Ending a season archives its final standings (viewable on the Challenges page) before the next one starts at zero.

Anti-Cheat: High-Stake Verification

Above this stake, players must be identity-verified to join/accept a challenge, and must attach a short video clip (not just a screenshot) when reporting the result — a screenshot alone is thin proof once real money gets past a certain point.

Identity Verification Queue

Compare the ID photo and the selfie — same person, same document, photo looks unedited.

Unanswered Challenge Expiry

If an opponent never responds to a challenge, it auto-cancels after this many hours (checked every 30 minutes in the background). Wallet-funded stakes are refunded automatically the moment it expires; Paystack-funded stakes still land in your manual refund queue below, same as before.

Referral Program

Every 10 friends someone refers who sign up through their link earns them this amount in their wallet, automatically — no admin action needed per referral. Paid at signup, not first match played, which is simpler but easier to game; if fake signups become a problem, lower the amount or ask me to move the trigger to "first confirmed match" instead.

This is the site's own player database (Firestore) — not the same list as Firebase Authentication. Cross-check against Firebase Console → Authentication if a count looks off; a mismatch usually means an account was deleted from Authentication without its database record being cleaned up, or a sign-up that never finished.

Gamertag uniqueness check

Duplicate-gamertag checking only applies going forward by default — players who set their gamertag before this feature existed won't be checked against until they resave it. Run this once to backfill everyone at once so the check covers the whole player base immediately.

Danger Zone

For before you launch to real players — wipes test matches and resets every player's win/loss record to zero. Gamertags and accounts stay intact. This does NOT touch tournaments, entries, 1v1 challenges, or payout requests, since those may involve real money.
